Material Handler Reports to: Plant Manager Department: Logistics/Shipping FLSA Status: Non‑Exempt EEO Classification: Laborer Primary Purpose Move materials and completed racks throughout the facility efficiently with the use of carts, cranes and forklifts. Essential Duties Transports material or racks to and from designated areas. Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles. Ensures loads are secure. Move goods packed on pallets on material carts around the facility. Stack goods in the correct storage bays following inventory control instructions. Dump materials into machine scrap hoppers. Perform daily equipment checks: Recharge truck battery and lubricate equipment. Remove machine attachments and waste material from machines (machine operator should remove attachments and re-attach when finished charging). Minimum Experience and Qualifications Education: None required. Experience: 1 year(s) preferred in forklift. 1 year(s) preferred in manufacturing environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
