Overview RevsUp represents a bootstrapped, profitable AI sales tech startup that helps high-velocity SaaS teams have 5.2x more live conversations through its Parallel Dialer technology. Over 3,700 SDRs rely on us to dramatically increase output, and logos like DoorDash, Justworks, and Mediafly trust the platform to drive pipeline at scale. This 7-employee, founder-led company (Angel-backed) has grown revenue 2200% without outside funding and is now hiring an Account Executive to own full-cycle deals with B2B SaaS teams. You’ll report directly to the CEO and use our own dialer daily to generate 250–300 outbound calls, demonstrate the product live, and close $10K to $40K deals in a 30-day sales cycle. Solution Our AI Parallel Dialer enables sales reps to initiate multiple outbound calls simultaneously, automatically filter out voicemails, and prioritize live connections—leading to 5.2x more conversations per rep per day. This speed-to-conversation model helps SDRs exceed activity benchmarks while allowing leaders to scale teams without adding headcount. We integrate with Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo.io, Pipedrive, and Outreach. Role Individual contributor role, reporting to the CEO and working from your home office. Some time in the San Francisco office during the first 90 days. $80K to $95K base, commensurate with your current financial achievement. OTE is double, and your quota is roughly 4X your OTE. Uncapped commissions and accelerators to 25%+. About 80% of your pipeline comes from inbound sources to focus on closing 3 to 5 deals per month. We need passionate cold-callers as AEs to build credibility with prospects. Target buyers include sales leaders, RevOps teams, and go-to-market executives at high-growth SaaS companies. Candidates must have 4+ years of total SaaS sales experience with outbound prospecting in fast-paced environments. Official Job Description The Role We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our high-growth team. This role involves selling our AI-powered sales technology to B2B SaaS companies, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing, and consistently exceeding quota in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and closing Generate 250–300+ daily dials using our AI Parallel Dialer technology Target sales leaders, RevOps teams, and C-level executives at B2B SaaS companies Build and maintain a pipeline of $500k–$650k annually to achieve quota Demonstrate our technology through live product demonstrations and proof-of-concept implementations Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and success Attend industry conferences and networking events to generate leads and build relationships Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting in CRM Qualifications 4+ years of SaaS sales experience selling to sales leaders and revenue operations teams Proven track record in high-velocity, outbound hunting environments with 100% self-sourced pipeline Experience with $10k–$50k deal sizes and 30–45-day sales cycles Strong phone skills and belief that human conversation drives results Technical acumen to discuss APIs, CRM integrations, and AI technology with technical buyers Experience with sales methodologies like MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger Sale Autonomous hunter mentality – you build your own lists and create your own opportunities Coachable mindset with desire to constantly optimize and improve On-Target Earnings: $160,000 (50/50 split, uncapped) Commission: 12% base rate with accelerators to 25%+ above quota Early-stage equity with significant upside potential (Angel funding completed September 2023) Unlimited PTO with 2-week minimum requirement $1,500 annual learning & development budget Latest technology and home office setup Quarterly team building and monthly competitions Why Join Us Sell what you use: Experience our 5.2x conversation multiplier daily while demonstrating authentic results to prospects Massive market opportunity: AI sales calling market growing annually with enormous untapped potential Product-market fit proven: 4.8/5 stars on G2 from reviews Innovation leadership: Integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo.io, Outreach, and Pipedrive Rapid growth environment: 2200% revenue growth creates fast advancement opportunities Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at RevsUp.
