Senior District Manager -Janitorial Services

Seattle, WA, United States Job Description Pay: $120K/YR to $120K/YR The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. Responsibilities Ensure company standards are met in compliance with operations and servicing contractual obligations to customers within specified labor and expense budget. Review daily labor for the assigned district; educate supervisors on payroll procedures. Adhere to and enforce established company policy; ensure subordinates do likewise. Contact customers to ensure services meet contract requirements and maintain retention. Use personnel management skills to resolve employee and supervisory personnel problems. Carry out positive recognition and disciplinary actions as needed; train subordinates as necessary. Assist in safety programs follow-through; ensure compliance with all safety policies; investigate work‑related accidents promptly. Report accidents involving personnel, vehicles, public liability, property damage, and fidelity claims. Assist in district supply systems and ordering supplies; ensure proper supply levels within expense budget; no discretionary spending without prior approval. Maintain business finances in line with branch financial goals; manage job budgets and costs; oversee supervisor vacation and holiday replacement coverage. Ensure compliance with city, state, and federal laws and regulations; know required licenses. Assist Branch Manager in equipment audits and purchasing. Work consistently toward securing sales. Perform all other duties as assigned or requested. Qualifications 3-5 years’ experience in a service‑oriented environment. Ability to prepare advanced documents using Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Proven ability to work with and communicate with frontline employees as well as upper‑level management team.
