We're looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive professional to help keep our Dublin office running smoothly while supporting our sales team behind the scenes. The Sales Office Coordinator is the go-to person for keeping our office organized, welcoming, and running efficiently. This role combines office management, employee support, SharePoint administration, and light CRM maintenance to help employees stay productive and connected. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and proactive. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys figuring things out, takes ownership of their work, and is comfortable working independently with minimal supervision. What Yo u'll Do Office Coordination & Employee Experience Maintain office supplies, snacks, beverages, and common areas Coordinate office deliveries, orders, and vendor requests Run occasional local business errands using a personal vehicle; mileage will be reimbursed Serve as the primary contact for office vendors and building-related needs Help maintain conference rooms and meeting spaces Coordinate employee lunches, celebrations, recognition activities, and team events Help keep the office welcoming, organized, and running smoothly Serve as a friendly resource for employees, visitors, and vendors Employee Onboarding Support Coordinate office onboarding activities for new hires Prepare workspaces and welcome materials for new employees Partner with hiring managers and IT to ensure new hires have a smooth first day Conduct office tours and help new employees get settled Assist with interview scheduling and candidate visit logistics when needed Help create a positive and welcoming onboarding experience SharePoint & Resource Management Maintain and organize the sales team's SharePoint site Ensure sales resources, training materials, templates, FAQs, and presentations remain current and easy to locate Update team communications and shared resources as needed Partner with sales leadership to keep information organized and accessible Assist with CRM data maintenance, list uploads, and data cleanup Support basic reporting and sales administration projects Coordinate sales contests, incentive programs, and prize fulfillment Help create and distribute contest communications, leaderboards, and recognition materials Support special projects for the sales leadership team Qualifications Required 2+ years of office administration, office management, or administrative support experience Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills High attention to detail and follow-through Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to run occasional local business errands Preferred Experience with SharePoint administration Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems Experience supporting a sales organization Experience planning employee events, recognition programs, or sales contests Why Join JLG?
