Lead the design, development, and deployment of Java-based enterprise applications.
Define and enforce coding standards, architecture guidelines, and best practices.
Provide technical mentorship to the development team and conduct code reviews.
Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to define technical requirements.
Drive the adoption of microservices architecture, cloud-native solutions, and DevOps practices.
Optimize performance, scalability, and security in all applications.
Troubleshoot complex production issues and ensure timely resolution.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where beneficial.
