Location: Teutopolis, IL

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 (Weekly)

We are seeking dependable and mechanically inclined individuals to join our team as Production Assemblers . In this role, you will assemble products using hand and power tools, interpret blueprints and work instructions, inspect completed work for quality, and contribute to a safe and efficient production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble components and finished products using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, assembly instructions, and work orders to ensure accurate production

• Fit, fasten, and secure parts and subassemblies using basic mechanical skills

• Perform quality inspections throughout the assembly process to ensure products meet specifications

• Package completed products according to company standards and customer requirements

• Maintain productivity and quality standards while working in a manufacturing environment

• Follow all safety procedures and properly use tools, equipment, and personal protective equipment

• Keep workstations clean, organized, and production-ready

• Work closely with supervisors and team members to achieve daily production goals

• Identify and communicate assembly, material, or quality concerns as they arise

Qualifications

Required

• Ability to read and comprehend blueprints, drawings, and work instructions

• Basic mechanical aptitude and experience using hand tools and power tools

• Ability to use measuring devices and tape measures accurately

• Understanding of the metric measurement system

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Preferred

• Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production experience

• Experience performing product inspections and packaging duties

• Experience working in a wood manufacturing or woodworking environment

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and accuracy

• Experience following standardized procedures, blueprints, and technical drawings

Work Environment

This position is based in a manufacturing facility and requires standing, walking, lifting, and performing repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift. Employees work with hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and production equipment while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
