Position Server Responsibilities Provide attentive and consistent service to all guests throughout the entirety of their dining experience Create a welcoming and engaging environment that reflects our hospitality standards Demonstrate a "say yes" mindset by finding thoughtful solutions to accommodate guest requests Guide guests through the menu by presenting specials, recommending food and beverage pairings, and offering informed suggestions Accurately take and input orders into the point-of-sale system Maintain a strong understanding of menu ingredients, including the ability to communicate common allergens from memory Ensure all dietary restrictions are clearly communicated to the kitchen Continuously observe and manage the dining experience to ensure each guest interaction exceeds expectations Qualifications You exemplify the highest standards of honesty and integrity. You are highly confident in your abilities and are detail-oriented. You are a team player and have excellent communication skills. You genuinely get joy out of making people happy and are able to have fun while working. You have a love and passion for the hospitality industry. Learning about food and beverage excites you.
