The Line Server is responsible for delivering food and beverage items from the kitchen to the guests. In this position, the server should understand the content of the menu and ensures that food is delivered in a timely fashion. The server should understand and follow food safety and sanitation guidelines and help with the execution of area setup and breakdown

Ensures all food and beverages are properly delivered and/or stored.

Understands all event paperwork and reports.

Employs good safety and sanitation practices.

Follows responsible alcohol service policies.

Understands the importance of maintaining equipment and executes accordingly.

Thoroughly completes all event set-up and breakdown responsibilities within timelines provided.

Performs post event product inventory and restocks as needed.

Helps fellow employees whenever necessary.

Performs equipment inventory as needed.

Acts with a sense of urgency with respect to guest and event needs.

React with physical and mental alertness in emergency situations.

Lift/move materials and equipment up to 50 pounds.
