Yoh presents an excellent long-term Drug Product Pilot Plant Tech Transfer – Team Associate I opportunity with a trusted, long-term client located in Waltham, MA .

This position is part of a major  pharmaceutical company , and requires a  Bachelor’s degree (preferably engineering) . Schedule is  full-time M-F (7am-8am start time, 8 hour shift)  and may require flexibility to work some evenings and overtime due to projects.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the DP Pilot Team with pilot scale manufacturing operations and lab management activities.
• Work hands-on to produce mid-scale mRNA and LNP batches.
• Assist in lab activities such as buffer optimization/preparation, filtration studies, new technologies evaluation etc. 
• Assist in inventory management of RMs, consumables, and drug products.
• Assist in equipment management.
• Clean, set up, and sanitize large-scale process equipment.
• Document process equipment and operating parameters using an electronic notebook.
• Documentation support. 

 
Qualifications:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree (preferably engineering).
• 1+ years of experience in laboratory preferred.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to be flexible and responsive to change, be a results-driven problem solver.

Estimated Min Rate : $20.00
Estimated Max Rate : $26.00
