Job Description

A growing design, print, and fulfillment company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support clients throughout the ordering process. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for online, custom, and phone orders while helping prepare jobs for production and fulfillment. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating across departments to ensure customer requests are handled accurately and efficiently. This position offers an opportunity to grow within a team-focused organization that values employee development.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with new order requests across multiple product lines 
• Review order information for accuracy before submitting jobs to production 
• Respond to customer questions and help resolve concerns 
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding special order requests 
• Communicate order details clearly to support accurate production and fulfillment 

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 
• Clear written and verbal communication skills 
• Effective time-management skills 
• Ability to work independently and take initiative 
• Commitment to continuous improvement and learning 
• Ability to reliably commute to or relocate to  Carrollton, TX before starting 
• Ability to work  Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM , on-site

The base pay rate for this position is $18.00 per hour , excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
