Technical training in Electrical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related field preferred. Knowledge of electrical safety standards, including OSHA and NEC requirements, is a plus. Experience Requirements Minimum 3+ years of experience in industrial electrical assembly, machine wiring, control panel assembly, or related electrical manufacturing roles. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical documentation. Experience using electrical hand tools, power tools, multimeters, crimpers, wire strippers, and testing equipment. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and quality control skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with production, engineering, and operations teams. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday. Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment. Ability to lift, move, and position materials and components as required. Ability to work overtime, evenings, and weekends when needed to meet production schedules. Ability to work in a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment while following all safety regulations. Job Duties Assemble, wire, test, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery, electrical systems, control panels, and automated equipment. Build electrical systems using schematics, wiring diagrams, assembly instructions, and engineering documentation. Install conduit, fabricate wiring harnesses, route and terminate wiring, and wire electrical cabinets and machine controls. Perform electrical testing, basic calculations, and system verification to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications. Identify wiring discrepancies, equipment issues, and process improvement opportunities while maintaining detailed documentation. Support equipment startup, commissioning, troubleshooting, and cross-training initiatives across electrical assembly functions.
