Help Desk Engineer

Telework: None Basic Requirements Security+ Cert 10 years of experience as a System Administrator Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline 5 additional years of experience as a System Administrator may be substituted for a degree Job Description Handling both initial Help Desk inquiries (Tier 1) and escalated, complex problems (Tier 2). Configuring and managing both UNIX and Windows operating systems, and implementing enhancements to improve system reliability and performance. Required Experience Experience with AWS Intermediate Linux Windows 10/11, Windows server 2022 Bash/other scripting Salary: $140,000 - $150,000 annually Excellent benefits package including 25 days PTO, 11 paid holidays, 100% employer-paid healthcare for employees and dependents – available day 1, 8% 401(k) employer match – immediate vesting.
