Location USA - Miami, 122nd St Division / Title Air & Sea - Project Manager, Cruise (Job ID: 119403) - Full Time Duties and Responsibilities A Junior Project Manager will support the planning and execution of cruise drydock and marine logistics projects from start to finish. Responsibilities include: Coordinating international shipments across air, ocean, and road freight Working closely with suppliers, customers, and DSV offices worldwide Supporting project planning, milestones, and execution Monitoring critical shipments and proactively resolving issues Participating in customer meetings and project reviews Learning project budgeting, reporting, and operational planning Assisting with development of logistics strategies and continuous improvements What Makes This Role Different? Preferred: at least 5 years of experience in transportation and logistics project management, including customer‑facing roles. Skills & Competencies Strong project management skills, including planning, resource management, and progress monitoring. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with customers, internal teams, and external partners. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to identify and mitigate project risks. Knowledge of transportation and logistics operations, freight forwarding, customs brokerage, and warehousing. Familiarity with international trade compliance requirements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Supervisory Responsibilities May involve managing project team members such as coordinators or analysts. Preferred Qualifications Experience with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet). Experience working with international customers and partners. Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma process improvement methodologies. Language Skills Fluency in English, oral and written. Computer Literacy Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Experience with project management software (Microsoft Project, Smartsheet). Pay Range Expected base pay range: $71,000 – $89,000, based on experience, skills, education, certifications, and location.
