Field Day Brewing Co. is looking for friendly, dependable Support Staff to join our team! If you enjoy staying busy, helping your teammates, and creating a clean, welcoming environment for guests, we'd love to meet you. Compensation Compensation for fully trained Support Staff starts at $8.10/hour plus tips, with tip payouts distributed the following morning. Schedule Part-time opportunities available Availability to work weekdays and weekends Part-time Benefits 25% employee discount on food and beverages at Field Day Brewing Co. 25% food discount for you and one guest at participating Craft Concepts restaurants (Sunday-Thursday) 50% off Field Day merchandise Career growth and development opportunities Fun, team-focused work environment Responsibilities Create a welcoming first impression by greeting and assisting guests with enthusiasm and professionalism Seat guests efficiently while managing restaurant flow and waitlists Provide accurate wait time estimates and communicate updates clearly to guests Coordinate seating arrangements to maximize dining room efficiency Support smooth transitions between the host stand, dining room, and service teams Assist with reservations, phone inquiries, and to-go orders Reset and maintain tables and dining areas throughout service Monitor restroom cleanliness and overall guest-facing areas Deliver food to guests accurately while maintaining presentation standards Communicate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely food delivery Assist fellow team members to help maintain efficient restaurant operations Support opening, closing, and additional operational duties as assigned Qualifications Must be 16 years of age or older Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable working in a fast paced hospitality environment Friendly, positive, and guest focused attitude Ability to multitask and manage priorities during busy shifts Team oriented mindset with willingness to support restaurant operations Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Skills Strong time management and multitasking abilities Professional and hospitality driven demeanor Ability to stay organized in high volume environments Problem solving and guest service skills Strong teamwork and communication abilities Field Day Brewing Co. is an Equal Opportunity Employer
