Overview Recruiter Opening! Fully Onsite in Columbus, OH ATS System Workday is required Must have full cycle experience Salary: $26-28/hr Contract to Hire Prior banking industry experience is a must Hours: 8-5pm Mon-Fri Core Responsibilities / Day-to-Day Full-cycle recruiting (sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, offers, onboarding prep – no terminations) Partner closely with hiring managers and a small internal recruiting team Will speak with candidates for screening/interview purposes Full-Cycle Recruiting Details Includes reviewing resumes, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, extending offers, and posting jobs. Sourcing is minimal – Once they see candidates have applied, they scan the resume and schedule interview if interested. Open Roles / Requisition Load 35–40 open reqs for lower level roles Higher-level positions: ~20 reqs #J-18808-Ljbffr
