Position Overview

Provide outpatient primary care and acute episodic coverage in an employer sponsored clinic setting focused on wellness and prevention.

Clinical Scope

Primary care and acute episodic visits

Chronic disease management and preventive care

Occupational health and work comp support may be included

Patient population: Ages 2 and older

Typical volume: Up to 3 patients per hour

EMR: Employer provided system and ePrescribing workflow as provided by the site

Required Qualifications

Nurse Practitioner

Active Colorado license

Ability to see ages 2 and older

Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify.
