Mixing Machine Operator (Direct Hire)

2nd Shift | Up to $30/hr | Pharma Manufacturing

What You'll Do

• Operate production equipment across mixing, coating, slitting & packaging
• Set up, run, and break down machines
• Monitor quality and accuracy in a regulated environment
• Perform roll changes, inspections, and cleaning
• Complete batch records following GDP standards
• Follow cGMPs, SOPs, and safety protocols

What You'll Learn

• Mixing & coating fundamentals (viscosity, emulsions, solids)
• Converting processes (web handling, tension, splicing)
• High-precision systems (vision systems, pick-and-place)

What We're Looking For

• 6+ months in GMP or regulated production
• Experience with mixing, blending, or chemical handling
• Strong documentation + attention to detail
• Pharma/medical/food manufacturing experience is a plus

Nice to Have

• Technical or Associate degree
• Compounding or batching experience
• Mechanical aptitude or blueprint reading

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $32.00/hr.
