Human Resources Specialist

Our client is a large company in the Doral area, fully onsite. This is a great opportunity to grow your career in Human Resources with a company of 500+ employees. The job consists of recruitment support, onboarding, conducting new hire orientations, and more. Key Responsibilities Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates. Facilitate new hire onboarding and employee orientation. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices. Coordinate employee training sessions, wellness programs, and engagement activities. Provide general administrative support to the HR department. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources or administrative support.
