The Market Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and assessing top talent to meet organizational workforce needs. This role manages candidate pipelines, supports recruiting processes, and collaborates with sales and operational teams to ensure effective placement and workforce fulfillment. Key Responsibilities: Assignment and Dispatch: Coordinate candidate assignments and ensure timely placement to meet client and operational needs. Recruiting ProcessEffectiveness: Continuously evaluateand improve recruiting workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and results. Talent Sourcingand Pipeline: Develop and maintain a robust talentpipeline through proactive sourcing strategies, networking, and outreach. Candidate Screening and Assessment: Evaluate candidate qualifications, conduct interviews, and assess suitability for open positions. Sales Team Collaboration: Partner with sales teams to understand workforce needs, provide candidate solutions, and support client satisfaction. Database Development and Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in recruiting and applicant tracking systems.
