Physical Therapist Role $2,227-$2,327 per week Physical Therapist (PT) – Skilled Nursing Facility (13-Week Contract) Location: Wilmington, Delaware Employment Type: 32 plus hours per week Overview MedAdventures is seeking a passionate and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team for a 13-week contract assignment in a welcoming skilled nursing facility in Wilmington, Delaware. This position offers guaranteed hours, weekly pay, and the opportunity to work in a supportive environment designed to help you succeed. Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients and create personalized treatment plans to meet their rehabilitation goals. Provide therapeutic interventions to restore mobility, alleviate pain, and improve quality of life. Document patient progress and adjust treatments as needed. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes. Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and post-discharge care plans. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from a program accredited by the APTA. Current Delaware Physical Therapy license (or eligibility for licensure).
