Position Overview

We are seeking a Project Administrator / Business Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day business and project activities. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who is highly organized, analytical, and comfortable working with data and multiple stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will sit at the intersection of business administration, data analysis, and project coordination. This person will help analyze and refine data extracts into clear, usable business reports, support root-cause analysis, and assist with a variety of ongoing projects and business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, organize, and refine data extracts into clear and actionable business reports.
• Review data for accuracy, inconsistencies, trends, and potential issues.
• Support root-cause analysis by researching discrepancies, identifying contributing factors, and documenting findings.
• Assist project teams with planning, coordination, tracking, and follow-up activities.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, trackers, and status updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather information and ensure project tasks are completed on schedule.
• Help monitor project timelines, deliverables, and action items.
• Prepare summaries and presentations for business and project stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and administrative workflows.
• Support ad hoc business initiatives and special projects as needed.
• Perform general business administration and project support duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Management, Analytics, or a related field preferred.
• 0–3 years of experience in business administration, project coordination, operations, data analysis, or a related area.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to investigate issues and identify root causes.
• Comfortable working with data and translating information into clear business insights.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
