Position Mission:  

To represent Superior Water and Air in retail environments by building relationships with store staff and customers, increasing brand visibility, and generating high-quality leads for our sales and service teams. 

Overview:  

Superior Water and Air is hiring an energetic and outgoing Brand Ambassador to represent our brand inside big box retail locations. You’ll be the face of our company in the field—engaging with store associates, educating shoppers about our services, and helping connect customers with solutions they need. 

This position is perfect for someone who enjoys meeting new people, is self-motivated, and takes pride in delivering a great customer experience while building strong local relationships. 

Key Responsibilities:  

• Visit assigned retail stores on a regular schedule to represent Superior Water and Air 
• Build rapport with store associates and managers to create brand awareness 
• Engage with retail customers in a friendly, informative, and professional manner 
• Explain our services and qualify interested customers for follow-up 
• Record lead information accurately and submit it promptly 
• Communicate field updates, opportunities, and challenges to the home office 
• Maintain a clean, professional display space with branded materials 
• Track lead metrics and support territory performance goals

Qualifications:  

• 0–2 years of experience in sales, promotions, customer service, or retail 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
• Comfortable approaching and engaging with customers 
• Self-motivated and reliable with limited direct supervision 
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to travel between store locations 
• Background check and drug screening required
