Lamar TX 76011Work hours: Full Time Days (8:00am-5:00pm) for 40 hrs/week (Hybrid work allowed at manager's discretion)Accounting Department highlights:Hybrid PositionTeam based environmentGreat Benefits/401K/PTOWorkplace culture 2nd to noneHighly engaged managementWhat You Will Do: Manage the RFP process for each strategic sourcing initiative within the assigned category and/ or service line. 35%Assists with the monitoring of supplier performance through developing measuring tools and checking references. 15%Documents and communicates the identified vs. realized savings and engages end users in needed process change or product conversion. 15%Assist Program Director with the development and maintenance of a strategic roadmap and contract calendar for assigned category. 15%Follow standardized sourcing processes and templates to support repeatability, auditability, and quality. 10%Lead (or assist with) the development of negotiation scenarios, cost models, and category. 10%QualificationsEducationBachelor's Degree Business, Finance, Healthcare related fields ReqExperience3 Years experience in data analytics to include financial analysis and quantitative/ qualitative assessment in supply chain, healthcare or related industry ReqCardiovascular or Radiology experience Pref.
