nventory Control / Office Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our team in an Inventory Control / Office Assistant role. This position combines office responsibilities with hands-on work on the warehouse/shop floor to help maintain smooth daily operations.

Schedule

Monday through Friday
7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Pay

$20-$21 per hour to start
Based on experience

Responsibilities

Maintain and monitor inventory levels using SAP
Enter and update inventory data accurately
Assist with receiving, tracking, and organizing materials/products
Support office operations including paperwork, filing, and communication
Work both in the office and on the production/warehouse floor as needed
Coordinate with team members to ensure inventory accuracy
Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits
Help maintain an organized and efficient work environment

Qualifications

Experience using SAP required
Previous inventory control or office experience preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Comfortable working in both office and warehouse/floor environments
Reliable attendance and positive attitude
