Stellar Senior Living is a premier assisted living and memory care provider in the Western United States. Founded in 2012, we have experienced consistent growth, adding senior living communities to our family each year. What we offer

• Competitive pay $20.00 - $22.00/hour

Responsibilities

• Provide great resident care and support with daily activities and personal hygiene
• Answer resident calls and determine how to best assist them with their needs
• Ensure residents receive an appropriate diet by reviewing their dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences

Qualifications

• Must have a current HCA or NAC certification and maintain CEUs as required by the state.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced work environment.
• Possess a can-do attitude and exemplify a willingness to go above and beyond when needed.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment, as well as independently.
• Communicate effectively with residents experiencing communication barriers.
• Must have a current certification in Food Handling and CPR or be willing to get certified within 30 days of hire.
• Have great love and compassion for working with the senior population!
