As a Maintenance Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by providing excellent maintenance and repair services.

Responsibilities for our Maintenance Assistant position:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work

• Conduct repairs and replacements of equipment, fixtures, and appliances

• Assist with general maintenance duties, such as painting, cleaning, and preparing areas for special events

• Respond to resident and staff requests for maintenance and repair services

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations

• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used

• Demonstrate a commitment to resident satisfaction and safety

• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements for the Maintenance Assistant position:

• High school diploma or equivalent required (no experience necessary)

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Familiarity with basic hand tools and equipment

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
