As a Maintenance Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by providing excellent maintenance and repair services.
Responsibilities for our Maintenance Assistant position:
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
Conduct repairs and replacements of equipment, fixtures, and appliances
Assist with general maintenance duties, such as painting, cleaning, and preparing areas for special events
Respond to resident and staff requests for maintenance and repair services
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used
Demonstrate a commitment to resident satisfaction and safety
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements for the Maintenance Assistant position:
High school diploma or equivalent required (no experience necessary)
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Familiarity with basic hand tools and equipment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
