As part of an established and growing network, our Knoxville clinic provides an opportunity to work in a supportive, fast-paced environment focused on delivering high-quality care and an exceptional patient experience. Position Summary The Patient Services Coordinator is a position serving as the first point of contact for patients while also supporting clinical services under the direction of licensed providers. This role blends patient-facing customer service, clinical skills, and administrative responsibilities to ensure smooth daily clinic operations and high-quality care. This position is ideal for a healthcare professional who enjoys variety, accountability, and making a direct impact in a patient-centered setting. Schedule Monday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM Thursday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM (2-4 Saturdays per month) Up to 20-30 hours a week Employees are expected to arrive 15 minutes prior to shift start.
