Job Description: Tech BA / Process Consultant Profiles with Telecom Experience specifically Metro Ethernet experience
Looking for a Communication Domain experienced Technical Business Analyst / Process Consultant with exposure to Enterprise Data Products like Ethernet Products, Ethernet Private Line, Ethernet Virtual Private Line, Business Internet, Wavelength etc..Domain Knowledge :
- Process : Communication Order to Activate process, Service Order Management, Provisioning and Activation.
- Products : Enterprise Products - Ethernet (primarily) , IPVPN, Wave etc..
- Understand Integration aspects and Workflows.
- Web Sevices, Queues , Topics
- XML, JSON
- Understand Integration specification tools like Swagger etc..
- Agile
- Specific knowledge on SAFe is advantageous.
- Good Stakeholder management and Elicitation skill.
- Managing cross geography teams - With Discovery and grooming.
- Tools :Visio, BPM tools
- Able to understand and create - Process document and Architecture diagram
