Client Engagement Regional Director, Northeast

Summary The Regional Director, Client Engagement implements regional client engagement strategies to drive sales growth, client loyalty, and high-net-worth client development. The role partners with boutique and corporate teams, coaches boutique staff, and uses client data and analytics to improve performance. Responsibilities Visit boutiques regularly to strengthen clienteling culture, improve KPIs, and coach teams on best practices. Lead client development plans, events, gifting initiatives, and high-potential client recruitment across the region. Support clienteling tools and training rollouts in partnership with regional and North America teams. Review client portfolios, data quality, and monthly results; develop actionable recommendations and improvement plans. Manage budgets, track ROI, and coordinate boutique openings, relocations, and client activations. Requirements 10+ years of luxury goods retail or luxury hospitality management experience, including client development or engagement. Bachelor's degree in a business-related field preferred. Experience managing budgets and tracking project ROI, with strong business acumen and analytical skills. Strong coaching, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; ability to influence across stakeholders.
