As a Process Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring stable, capable, safe, and cost-effective production processes that meet quality, yield, productivity, and customer requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary technical owner for assigned production processes, ensuring process control and stability.Partner with Operations leadership to achieve key production KPIs including yield, productivity, and customer service.Provide hands-on engineering support to troubleshoot complex process/equipment issues.Identify and execute opportunities for process improvement using Lean/Six Sigma tools and statistical methods.Analyze process data to diagnose drivers of variation and develop effective communication of results.Establish and improve process documentation and support change management.Support industrialization for new products and process changes, ensuring readiness for production.Act as a role model for safe behaviors and provide technical coaching to production teams.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Materials, or related) or equivalent.Minimum 3 years of process/manufacturing engineering experience in a production environment.Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel-based analysis and reporting.Strong communication and interpersonal skills; collaborative and open-minded.Preferences5 years manufacturing/process engineering experience in coatings, cleanroom, or chemical processing environments.Demonstrated Lean/Six Sigma application (Green Belt/Black Belt).Statistical analysis experience and ability to apply DOE, SPC, and capability studies.Ready to make a significant impact in a cutting-edge manufacturing environment?
