Is seeking professional Security Officers to maintain a safe and secure environment at businesses, organizations, and residential properties. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Duties necessary to meet the minimum requirements of the position. Other duties may be assigned: Access Control: Ensure safety protocols for guests and customers. Policy Enforcement: Uphold client and company policies and procedures. Safety Monitoring: Observe and report fire and safety hazards. Patrols: Conduct routine foot patrols around buildings and grounds. Incident Reporting: Communicate pertinent issues to the operations manager, clients, and other department managers. Public Interaction: Engage with clients, visitors, public safety officials, employees, and the public. Report Writing: Document incidents and observations accurately. Additional Duties: Carry out other assigned tasks as needed. Qualifications Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures. Physical stamina for standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
