The facility operates at a Trauma Level 2 designation and is seeking consistent locum providers with the potential to transition into permanent staff positions, reflecting a strong commitment to long-term provider relationships and team stability.

Physician - Urology

Job Details:
• Provide inpatient clinic and call coverage on a 7 on/7 off schedule
• Shift times are 7am-7pm with overnight beeper call responsibilities
• Minimum of 14 shifts required per month with 12 guaranteed hours per day
• Approximately 15 patient encounters per shift
• 150 Urology Surgery Case Logs required for privileges
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years required
• Active Washington State license or IMLC required
• Active DEA required
• Estimated credentialing timeframe of 90 days
• Must perform a wide range of urology procedures including Ureteroscopy with laser and Shockwave lithotripsy (ESWL)
• Required to perform General Adult Urology procedures
• Advanced endoscopic techniques required
• Laparoscopic surgeries required
• Percutaneous nephrolithotomy required
• Radical Cystectomy with ileo-loop conduit required
• Radical prostatectomy required
• Nephrectomy required
• Prostatectomy required
• Pelvic node dissection required
• Robotic surgery required, including partial nephrectomies with intraoperative ultrasound
• Adrenalectomy required
• Renal and bladder ultrasound with biopsy required
• TRUS biopsies required
• Opportunity for transition into a permanent staff position if mutually agreeable

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
