Job Overview Bank of America is seeking a manager to oversee a financial center and its employees on a day-to-day basis. Responsibilities Develop talent, including proactive sourcing of candidates. Manage client traffic, engaging and appropriately routing clients, and fostering client retention. Required Qualifications 1+ years of leadership experience demonstrated through coaching, training, and/or motivating a work team. Enthusiastic, highly motivated self‑starter with strong work ethic and intense focus on results, acting in the best interest of the client. Effective collaborator who builds and nurtures strong relationships. Passion, commitment and drive to deliver an experience that improves clients' financial lives. Confidence in identifying solutions for clients based on their needs and ability to resolve problems independently or bring in others as needed. Location US - MA - Cambridge - 212 Hampshire St - Inman Square (MA6356) Pay Pay range $73,500.00 - $106,500.00 annualized salary, to be determined based on experience, education, and skill set.
