What you will do:

• Provide hands-on nursing care focused on comfort, symptom management, and quality of life.
• Support patients with empathy, clinical skills, and a listening heart.
• Collaborate with a dedicated interdisciplinary team to ensure personalized care.
• Offer emotional support and education to families during end-of-life-journeys

What You Need:

• Current LPN license in the state of Oklahoma
• Hospice or home health experience preferred, but not required
• Deep compassion, strong communication skills, and a calming presence
• Valid driver’s license & auto insurance
• A heart for hospice and the desire to make a difference
