We’re expanding our outside sales team — growing from 9 to 11 reps — and looking for driven professionals who want more than just a job. You don’t need pest control experience. What matters is follow-through, hunger, and the ability to handle your day without being told what to do. If you’ve sold anything before — especially to small businesses — you’ll be off to a fast start. If not, we’ll train you to get there. This is outbound B2B sales — not residential, and not door-to-door. You’ll walk into businesses, build relationships, and close recurring revenue contracts that create long-term value. • 110K+ on-target earnings (W2)
• 50K base + uncapped commissions paid monthly
