What You'll Do

• Provide strong, visible clinical leadership to the interdisciplinary team.
• Develop, mentor, coach, and support clinical staff.
• Provide clinical consultation and guidance regarding complex resident needs and behavioral health concerns.
• Oversee assessments, treatment planning, clinical interventions, progress monitoring, and discharge planning.
• Ensure treatment is individualized, recovery-oriented, trauma-informed, and focused on meaningful resident outcomes.
• Participate in admissions and help ensure appropriate clinical placement and services.
• Monitor the quality and effectiveness of clinical services and documentation.
• Collaborate closely with nursing, behavioral health, direct-care, and administrative leadership.
• Establish clear clinical expectations and promote accountability across the clinical team.
• Identify barriers to effective care and develop practical solutions.
• Lead and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Help ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and organizational requirements.
• Provide on-call support during evening hours as part of an on-call rotation
• Possess the ability to cover evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on staffing needs

Qualifications

• Current Illinois professional license qualifying as an  LPHA (ex. LCSW, LCPC, LMFT).
• Previous clinical leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience working with individuals with serious mental illness strongly preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, organizational, and leadership skills
