CLINICAL DIRECTOR

Position Overview

OrthoLazer Orthopedic Wellness Centers provide a non-invasive, drug-free approach to managing musculoskeletal pain and inflammation.

The Clinical Director is responsible for leading clinical operations, developing clinical staff, maintaining strong provider relationships, and ensuring exceptional patient care.

This hands-on leadership role combines direct patient treatment, approximately 50–60% of the workweek, with clinical oversight, staff development, quality assurance, and provider engagement. The Clinical Director partners closely with the Center Director to ensure strong clinical outcomes and overall center success.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership & Patient Care

• Provide laser therapy treatments approximately 50–60% of the workweek.
• Oversee clinical operations, treatment protocols, patient safety, and quality of care.
• Serve as the primary resource for clinical questions, treatment guidance, and patient care concerns.
• Conduct routine treatment note audits and ensure accurate clinical documentation.

Clinical Staff Leadership & Development

• Lead, coach, and manage Laser Technicians, including performance and professional development.
• Oversee clinical onboarding, hands-on training, and competency assessments for new Laser Technicians.
• Provide ongoing clinical education and reinforce adherence to OrthoLazer standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve clinical performance, efficiency, and patient outcomes.

Provider Engagement & Relationships

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the center's partner providers.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with physicians and healthcare partners.
• Coordinate ongoing provider education, clinical updates, and engagement activities.
• Collaborate with the Center Director to support referral relationships and center growth.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Model OrthoLazer's core values and promote a culture of clinical excellence and accountability.
• Partner with the Center Director and Home Office to support center operations, patient experience, and organizational initiatives.
  

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Clinical degree and applicable professional licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
• 5+ years of clinical experience in orthopedic, musculoskeletal, rehabilitation, or related healthcare settings.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, orthopedic conditions, and patient care.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop clinical staff.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and provider relationship-building skills.

Preferred Experience & Attributes

• Licensed Physical Therapist or Athletic Trainer, where permitted by state requirements.
• Previous clinical leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience with clinical education, quality assurance, and documentation reviews.
• Strong commitment to patient safety, clinical excellence, and continuous improvement.

Schedule

• Full-Time | Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Compensation

• Base Salary: $55,000–$65,000 annually
• Annual revenue-sharing bonus opportunity
