The Business Development Manager role is responsible for scaling a book of enterprise partners, and driving topline revenue growth for TikTok's US Commerce business.Responsibilities:- Define business development strategy, lead key initiatives, and build sustainable seller eco-system through Mass Acquisition & Incubation in Electronics, Books, Hardlines & Virtual Goods category.- Build and manage a strong seller pipeline by identifying opportunities with Category leadership, initiating conversations, and converting prospects into productive sellers on TikTok Shop.- Develop and manage partner relationships that support market outreach, lead generation, and seller growth objectives.- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to coordinate resources, drive seller GMV growth and improve adoption of livestream, affiliate and shoptab etc.- Track pipeline and acquisition performance, surface actionable insights, and work cross-functionally to improve seller conversion and activation quality.Minimum Qualification(s):- 3+ years experience in business development, seller acquisition, partnerships, account management, or sales for retailer, or e-commerce platform- Experience managing a scalable process to meet business target, and the analytical and problem-solving ability to improve the process to support business growth- Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration, skilled at moving things forward.Preferred Qualification(s):- Quick learner, proactive and resilient.
