TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Chattanooga, Tennessee, 37404!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Med Surg Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 - 19:00 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: RN License Certifications: Required certifications applicable to specialty Must-Have: Compassion Teamwork Description: Candidate must have a strong orthopedic background. The unit consists of 26 beds with a patient ratio of 6:1. Staffing includes secretaries, patient care technicians, and navigators. Equipment on the unit includes coolers, walkers, sequential compression devices, and continuous passive motion machines. The documentation system used is Meditech. Candidates must be available for 4 weekend shifts per schedule. There is a floating policy in place for unit rotation. The goal for patient experience is set at 72%. Advanced skills are needed for procedures performed on the unit including knee and hip replacements as well as multi-level spine surgeries. Candidates are expected to adhere to the required dress code of navy scrubs. Unit guidelines and policies will be provided as relevant. Awards and recognition for the department can be shared with prospective candidates if available.
