Founding Growth Marketer

Job TitleMarketing Strategy LeadWhat You'll DoCreate and execute a multi-channel growth strategy from the ground up. Build awareness, positioning and demand for an AI finance platform. Develop partnerships with venture capital firms and accelerators. Launch campaigns, test channels and use data to improve conversion and pipeline. Establish marketing processes and help grow the function as the company scales.What We're Looking For5-10 years of B2B marketing experience, including leadership of a growth or marketing function. Experience building a marketing function from zero at a B2B SaaS company. Ownership of multi-channel acquisition, awareness and measurable growth outcomes. Ability to work directly with founders and turn strategy into hands-on execution. A creative, analytical approach to reaching startup buyers.Bonus PointsExperience with financial software or AI products. Relationships with startup ecosystems, venture firms or accelerators.Location / Work ModelFull-time, onsite six days per week in San Francisco with flexible hours. Existing visa transfers and new sponsorship may be considered.Compensation$300,000-$350,000 annual base salary. 0.8%-1% equity. Founding ownership of the growth function with experienced advisor support.
