Quality Improvement Specialist

Description

The QI Appeal Tech team is looking to add a new member to the team. They will work along side other coordinators and they will be responsible for supporting appeals process and identifying errors that have caused claims to be denied. The ideal candidate will have experience in care coordination, authorizations, medical terminology, and denials. Candidates that have experience reviewing medical coverage and benefits, or experience working for a health plan in a claims, or authorization space will work well. Good written and verbal experience is mandatory for this role.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Canoga Park, CA 91304.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
