Salon.B is growing, and we're looking for someone special to join our team!

We're an award-winning boutique hair salon in Naples, Florida, with a fun, energetic atmosphere and a team that works hard, supports one another, and takes pride in what we do.

We're looking for someone who's outgoing, organized, dependable, and loves being around people.

This isn't a position where you sit behind a desk all day. We need someone who can help keep the salon running smoothly, welcome our clients, support our stylists, and jump in wherever an extra hand is needed.

What You'll Be Doing:

Opening the salon and getting everything ready for the day
Greeting clients and making everyone feel welcome
Answering phones, booking appointments, and helping manage schedules
Checking clients in and out, processing payments, and assisting with retail sales
Helping stylists with shampooing and general salon support
Keeping the salon clean, organized, and running smoothly
Helping with laundry, restocking products, and daily salon tasks
Being a team player and stepping in when needed

Who We're Looking For:

Someone with a warm, friendly, outgoing personality
Reliable, punctual, and ready to work
Organized and able to multitask
Comfortable talking to clients and answering phones
Someone who takes initiative without always being asked
A team player with a positive attitude
Someone who understands that no task is too small when we're working together
Salon or customer service experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person!

What We Offer

Schedule:

Tuesday through Saturday, starting at 8:45 AM.
