You'll be responsible for designing data structures and optimizing queries for maximum efficiency and performance.Solve Complex Problems: Utilize your in-depth knowledge to analyze complex issues, evaluate business and system processes, and make evaluative judgments to create industry-leading solutions.Champion Quality: Establish and implement new or revised application systems that meet specific business needs, while ensuring essential procedures and operating standards are followed.Collaborate & Mentor: Serve as an advisor and coach to other developers, sharing your expertise and fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.Own Your Work: Operate with a limited level of direct supervision, exercising your independence of judgment and autonomy to deliver results and manage deadlines.Recommended Qualifications:Core Expertise: 5-8 years of professional experience with a deep, expert-level proficiency in Java backend development.Data & SQL Mastery: Proven, in-depth expertise in data analysis and advanced SQL.
