Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and home care needs. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with EMR standards. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Current RN license in North Carolina.
