What You’ll Do Serve as the first and final impression of the hospital Provide a polished, client-centered experience in person and over the phone Schedule appointments efficiently and manage multi-line phones Support seamless patient flow through strong communication with medical staff Process invoices and payments accurately Maintain organized, detailed medical records Offer empathy and professionalism during both routine and emotionally sensitive visits Who You Are You take pride in your work and hold yourself to a high standard.
