Private Client Advisor II

Job Summary Responsible for acquiring new clients, deepening client relationships, and building upon an internal and external network to achieve business development goals. This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. Responsibilities Lead the Client Process Management Process within the client team to identify new business development opportunities. Source new clients in alignment with the bank's established risk appetite. Lead the client team to deliver meaningful interactions and a branded client experience. Develop an in-depth understanding of clients’ needs, preferences, and overall wealth strategy, and be responsive to changes in the business environment and/or client needs. Advocate for clients and prospects as their trusted advisor, providing integrated recommendations including wealth structuring, credit facilities, banking, and asset management. Encourage use and adoption of digital capabilities to enhance the client and client team experience. Build relationships with internal and external partners and centers of influence. Required Qualifications 12+ years of private banking or complex financial services experience OR equivalent financial services/business experience. Experience driving new business development for target client segment ($3MM++ investable assets). High-touch, client-focused individual with exceptional interpersonal skills. Leadership ability, recognizing opportunities for client engagement and acting proactively. Strong influencing, negotiation, and sales skills. Ability to work with team specialists and collaborate closely with other team members. Series 7, 63 and 65 (or Series 7 and 66) licenses required (may be obtained within 90 days of start). SAFE Act registration eligibility and maintenance. Desired Qualifications MBA or postgraduate degree (preferred). Professional certifications such as CFP, CPA, CFA, CTFA, CFM, or JD. Business Development, Client Management, Client Solutions, Advisory, Prospecting, Wealth Planning, Analytical Thinking, Oral Communications, Referral Management, Relationship Building, Risk Management, Active Listening, Attention to Detail, Collaboration, Decision Making, Loan Structuring. Minimum Education High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $100,000 – $275,000 annualized. Formulaic incentive plan eligibility.
