RV Sales Professional We’re searching for motivated, customer-focused RV Sales Professionals to join our winning team. No experience needed, we’ll train you and provide you all the tools required to succeed at the highest level.

With over 750 RVs available featuring top brands and a wide range of options — you’ll have the tools you need to close deals and maximize your earnings. Mission The RV Sales Associate is responsible for generating sales for new and used RVs and equipment, while providing customers with an outstanding customer service experience.

Build rapport & trust with customers

Generate and close sales for new and used units and accessories, through effective selling techniques and consistent with the company's core values and service pillars

Conduct professional, high quality and informative interactive demonstrations with customers

Serve as a liaison between customers and various departments including Accounting, F&I, Parts, and Service

Maintain appropriate level of contact with customers to increase opportunities for repeat and referral business

Stay up to date of market trends and industry changes from publications, manufacturer websites and company provided information

Participate in the company's education and training seminars to improve sales and customer relationship skills

Enhance organization reputation by accomplishing new and different requests, handling customer objections and exploring opportunities to add value to the customer's experience

Creative problem-solving skills

High school diploma

• 1 year retail sales experience; experience in RV or automotive sales preferred
• Ability to work Saturday’s and 3-5 sales event weekends per year

Physical and Environmental Conditions

Some exposure to adverse environmental conditions such as very cold or very hot temperatures in campers that may be stored outdoors; customer interaction may occur outside in various weather conditions.
