Job Description

• Craft Individualized Treatment Approaches: Recognize each patient's unique requirements and create tailored therapy plans to help them meet their functional aspirations.
• Implement Therapeutic Strategies: Apply research-supported methods to enhance motor function, cognitive abilities, and daily living skills of patients.
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Partner closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide holistic and comprehensive care.
• Guide Patients and Their Families: Educate patients and caregivers on effective therapy techniques to ensure continuity of progress at home.
• Assess and Monitor Progress: Evaluate clinical outcomes and modify treatment strategies as necessary to keep patients on track.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
• Continuing education or post-graduate credentials are encouraged and supported.

Certifications

• Validated Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required.
