Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and developing a motivated team
• Communicate clear job expectations and hold team members accountable
• Support team development and foster a positive, collaborative environment
• Create and maintain a guest-first culture ensuring excellent service
• Ensure shifts are staffed to meet guest service goals efficiently
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy workplace by enforcing safety and sanitation guidelines
• Implement Brand standards, recipes, and operational systems consistently
• Prepare and execute action plans to improve productivity, quality, and guest satisfaction
• Review guest feedback and drive continuous improvements
• Control costs to maximize profitability and manage financial goals
• Execute marketing promotions, new product roll-outs, and team training
• Drive sales goals and track performance results

Desired Skills and Qualifications

• Fluent in English with strong communication skills
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in math and financial management
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• At least 18 years of age (where applicable)
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team in a fast-paced environment
