You’ll collaborate with educators, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive occupational therapy services. Qualifications & Experience:
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Previous experience in school-based OT, home health, or healthcare environments
- Ability to assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy plans
- Strong communication skills for working with diverse teams and families
- Passion for making a difference in student development
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct occupational therapy services within school settings
- Monitor, document, and report on student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to integrate therapy goals
- Adjust interventions based on the evolving needs of each student
